NEW SEASONS RELAPSE PREVENTION SYSTEM

“if an individual has not addressed the underlying core emotional issues that drive the abuse, any relapse prevention plan will always be challenged”…..
Tim Worden, Ph.D….Clinical Director of New Seasons Recovery

Most programs address some aspects of creating a plan to prevent a person from relapsing.  However, New Seasons has taken this concept further by creating a Workbook that guides the individual to create an individualized structured tangible plan that the client and their support system can rely upon to maintain a clean and sober life.

This plan involves:

  • An assessment procedure to help you understand your unique relapse process.
  • It identifies your past triggers and obstacles associated with your substance use.
  • At New Seasons you will learn your internal strengths and coping strategies to deal with urges or desires to use.
  • You will have a “Life Satisfaction Plan” that contains the unique elements involved in creating a life of deep meaning and fulfillment which helps eliminate the need for alcohol or drugs.
  • We will teach you how to build your external supports necessary to hold you accountable to stick to the relapse prevention plan after you have left treatment.

At New Seasons we are here to guide you through the transformation that is necessary to get your life back on track.  This will take courage and perseverance on your part but we are here to support you in changing your life and becoming the person that you always knew that you could be.
