Holistic Drug & Alcohol Rehab & Mental Illness Recovery Treatment

Holistic Therapy is a generic term for any psychological disorder, drug or alcohol addiction treatment that is intended to treat the individual as a whole, meaning the mind, body and spirit. The term is also often used as a catch-phrase for complementary or alternative therapies.

Experiential Therapy connects the symbolic and the actual, helping you understand this connection through actions and experiences such as movement, role playing, dramatization and expressing feelings.

At New Seasons, we believe it's imperative to treat the whole person by drawing on a variety of different holistic and experiential therapies to achieve this goal. These include:

Music/Creative Therapy
Music therapy enables you to explore painful or intense thoughts and feelings in a supportive environment.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese method of manipulating the body's energy flow using fine needles in order to regulate heart functions, body temperature, respiration, sleep patterns, and emotional changes. We use acupuncture holistically to treat emotional and physical imbalances at the source, as it has been proven effective for those with chemical withdrawal symptoms, post traumatic stress disorder, stress and anxiety, sleep problems, depression, and eating disorders. It is often combined with herbal therapies to achieve even greater results.
