PSYCHOLOGICAL DISORDERS
56 PRIVATE SESSIONS PER MONTH
We are one of the few psychological alcohol and drug rehab programs capable of treating chemical dependence and psychological illness simultaneously-enabling clients to address a variety of problems in one location and with the continuous support of one consistent treatment team.
New Seasons emphasizes working on the core emotional issues associated with substance use, and are preventing you from being fulfilled and satisfied with life. We are not just interested in the substance abuse. We are focused on addressing the underlying emotional issues that are obstacles in living the life you want to live. We are here to improve your quality of life; to help you be fulfilled in your life, not just stopping your addiction.
We work on the underlying issues by emphasizing individual psychotherapy.
You will not find a program with more individual psychotherapy:
- You will meet with a psychologist two times per week.
- A Marriage and Family counselor twice a week.
- A chemical dependency counselor twice a week to work on relapse prevention issues.
- A psychiatrist at least once per week.
- Every Saturday is family day in which the families are invited to attend family oriented groups in the morning and family sessions with the family therapist in the afternoon.
Other aspects to the program:
- Individual sessions with a physical trainer twice per week.
- Yoga once per week in a group setting.
- Nutritional counseling with a certified dietician.
- Offer the opportunity to schedule in extra ancillary therapies such as acupuncture, spiritual counseling, and massage therapy.
- Opportunities for 12 step program meetings on a daily basis, non-mandatory.
- SPECT studies of the brain through the Amen clinic.
- Amenclinics.com
- Change your brain, Change your life.
There is almost always an underlying emotional issue associated with why a person would continue to abuse a substance despite the consequences.
Our program is dedicated to finding that issue and eliminating it. If an individual has not addressed the underlying core emotional issues that drive the abuse, any attempt at relapse prevention will always be challenged.
Through a continuum of care that incorporates alcohol and drug detox, residential treatment, transitional living and aftercare services, enhanced by alumni support, we are able to foster immediate change with addiction recovery in a safe, nurturing, professional setting.
New Seasons represents a new beginning, a time for change from self-defeat to restored health and a more stable life.
